Developer-backed route conditions, key dates, hand choices in Between and v1.1 changes.
DEVIL'S LIMINAL now counts six endings: Clara, Bec, Friendship, Alone, Bad, and the secret Demon route. The September 8 guide described five, but the September 29 v1.1.0 update counts six after giving each its own ending artwork. Friendship also has companion variants.

Key dates
June 26 is the romance checkpoint: tell Nikki which person interests you. With sufficient relationship points, that person will invite Margo out after the July 4 festival. Moving in on July 24 may trigger automatically if the relationship is high enough. No numerical thresholds are published.
On August 28 Clara needs reassurance and a declaration of love; Bec needs to hear what you discovered and that you love her. For the secret route, respond positively to the Demon even when speaking in red text or impersonating someone. The August 8 dialogue pair and August 29 Consort decision are specific developer hints.
The Between decision
Hand use in Between is a separate ending puzzle. Romance and Friendship use Margo's hand every time; Demon never does. Alone and Bad require a mixture. Alone needs at least one use and “I must do something”; Bad chooses “Nothing”. A friend who accepts an invitation to leave can prevent the Alone ending.
Version and verification
Update 1.1.0 made Friendship easier and added an Endings gallery. The current itch.io download displays v1.1.1. The official guide offers route hints rather than a transcript of 300-plus choices, and says an ending only counts once credits roll. These paths have not been independently replayed here.

Conclusion
Set your relationship direction on June 26, commit near August 28–29, then adjust hand use in Between. Friendship, Alone and Bad are three distinct non-romance goals.
